Operations Manager

PART-TIME POSITION - The Central Victorian Netball Association is seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to lead the delivery of competitions, programs and events across one of regional Victoria's largest netball associations.

This leadership role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Association, managing the Operations Team, implementing the strategic direction of the Board, and working closely with clubs, volunteers, stakeholders and Netball Victoria to deliver high-quality netball experiences across our community.

The position offers flexible working arrangements (approximately 0.4 FTE / 2 days per week) and would suit someone with experience in sporting organisations, operations or event management who is passionate about community sport and making a positive impact. Applicants based in the Greater Bendigo region are preferred, although all suitably qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.

Maintenance Officer

FLEXIBLE POSITION - The Central Victorian Netball Association is seeking a motivated and reliable Maintenance Officer to support the presentation, safety and weekly upkeep of our netball facilities in Bendigo.

This flexible, part-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work and takes pride in maintaining community sporting facilities. 

The position is remunerated and offers flexible working arrangements, making it well suited to someone seeking additional income, semi-retired, or looking for part-time involvement while contributing to a growing community sporting organisation.
